DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – On Wednesday morning, the Lake Superior Violent Offender Task Force executed a search warrant on the residence and vehicle of a man who was on parole from a prior federal drug conviction.
Investigators seized over 19 grams of fentanyl, 3.8 grams of methamphetamine and additional evidence consistent with the sale and distribution of controlled substances.
42 year old Raymond Bowser, who police say is a career criminal, was arrested and jailed on pending drug and other charges.
