SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) – The Lake Superior Ice Festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary Friday and Saturday at Barker’s Island.
Festival highlights include pond hockey, live ice sculpting, a giant snow slide, ice racing and a variety of other interactive winter activities. There will also be food and beverage vendors on hand.
The festival opens Friday afternoon with a holiday tree bonfire and a Superior Polce and Fire Department pond hockey matchup.
The Ice Festival will wrap up Saturday night with a first of its kind outdoor Laser Light Show.
