DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – A repair to underground storm water infrastructure will result in the closure of a portion of First Street in Duluth on Wednesday.
The City of Duluth will close First Street from Piedmont Avenue to 11th Avenue West from early morning until an expected reopening in the evening.
Residents will continue to have access to their homes in the area with the possibility of some significant delays.
Through traffic is asked to take alternate routes if possible to minimize delays. A posted detour will be in place.
