DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The Duluth Economic Development Authority (DEDA) is starting a program that allows mobile food vendors to operate in city parks this summer.
The pilot program offers six no-cost commercial operator permits for the summer of 2026.
The program is designed to give local food vendors an opportunity to expand their visibility and grow their customer reach by interacting with people using Duluth parks.
The permit is normally 300 dollars and the no-cost permits will be issued on a first come, first serve basis.
Eligible vendors must be registered at the City Clerk’s office, be residents of Duluth or have a brick and mortar business located within the city limits.
