DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – St. Louis County Public Health is seeking proposals from community based organizations to help address mental health, youth substance abuse and food insecurity.
Those priority areas were identified in a recent Community Health Assessment.
Funding support from the county for up to 100 thousand dollars is being offered for projects or initiatives that directly address one or more of those priorities.
Projects must take place within St. Louis County between October 1st of this year and September 30, 2021.
