DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The 50th annual Grandma’s Marathon will be run on Saturday, but the marathon weekend begins with the Essentia Health Fitness Expo at the DECC on Thursday.
About a hundred vendors will be presenting running apparel, various services and technology from 4 to 8 p-m on Thursday and from 10 a-m to 8 p-m on Friday.
Other Friday events include the all you can eat spaghetti dinner at the DECC, the Festival for Kids and Whippersnapper Races at Bayfront Festival Park and the William A. Irvin 5K.
Live music will also be featured Friday and Saturday at Bayfront and a Visit Duluth Drone Show is scheduled for Saturday night.
The Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon and the full marathon is set for Saturday morning.
