DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The entire northland is under a Cold Weather Advisory from Friday evening through Sunday morning.
The National Weather Service Office in Duluth is calling for wind chill readings of 35 below zero as actual temps drop to around 15 below Friday night followed by 2 below zero for the high on Saturday.
High temps may climb to 4 above zero on Sunday but wind chill values will remain about 30 below.
The dangerously cold wind chills can cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as ten minutes.
Warmer temperatures are forecasted for early next week with a high in the low 20’s on Monday and upper 30’s possible by Tuesday.
