DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – American Airlines will offer daily direct air service between Duluth and Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport beginning on May 23rd.
American will operate four flights a day, two originating from Duluth and two from Chicago using the fifty seat ER-4 aircraft. Tickets for the new service go on sale January 28th.
The Duluth International Airport also offers five daily flights to Minneapolis-St. Paul on Delta Airlines and United Airlines operates three daily flights to Chicago.
Airport Executive Director, Tom Werner, says that each new carrier that serves Duluth has a significant impact on the region and means more options and lower fares for customers.
