DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Essentia Health in Duluth has purchased the former Sears store in the Miller Hill Mall.
An Essentia spokesperson says the acquisition will allow the health care provider to offer a variety of services to patients at a convenient location.
Several options are being considered for the property. Any plan would need to be approved by the Essentia Health Board of Directors.
Meanwhile additional services are being moved into the second floor of the former Younkers store and they say membership for the Center for Personal Fitness has increased since opening at the Mall last year.
