DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – As the snow gradually ended and the winds died down, public works crews and residents are continuing to work at clearing roads, parking lots, sidewalks and driveways.
After nearly a foot of snow in the area, the City of Duluth made significant progress in maintaining the main (priority 1) streets and are finishing the first pass on residential roadways.
Plow operators were slowed by the heavy wet snow and illegally parked vehicles also hampered their progress.
Vehicle owners are reminded to follow parking regulations or risk being ticketed and towed. Alternate side parking this week is on the odd side of the street.
