GNESEN TOWNSHIP, MN (KDAL) – Firefighters from Gnesen, Rice Lake and Fredenberg Townships battled the flames and sub zero cold weather Saturday afternoon at a garage fire at 4539 Emerson Road.
Residents discovered the fire shortly after lighting a wood stove in the structure.
One person was treated at the scene for smoke exposure.
The garage was heavily damaged in the fire.
