DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Duluth is receiving a two year blight reduction grant designed to revitalize neighborhoods a block at a time.
The “Love Your Block” grant is provided by Johns Hopkins University with funding from Bloomberg Philanthropies.
The Duluth Fire Department’s Life Safety Division will administer the grants.
Beginning in May, residents can apply for up to 1500 dollars to create an activity to remove blight or clean up trash in the Lincoln Park or Central Hillside neighborhoods.
