BIWABIK, MN (KDAL) – A 37 year old Gilbert man was killed when the UTV side-by-side that he was driving crashed near Biwabik.
According to the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Department, Benjamin Kaiser was traveling eastbound on the Lost Lake Road near the Vermilion Trail when the UTV went off the road, into a ditch and struck a tree.
Despite live saving measures by first responders, Kaiser did not survive the crash.
The accident occurred around 12:25 on Monday afternoon.
